Visit Utah

I was asked by Visit Utah to experience all 14 ski resorts in Utah. I discovered the incredible southern mountains of the scenic Brian Head and the hidden gem Eagle Mountain, then explored the northern most mountains of the family owned Beaver Mountain and brand new Cherry Peak. I finally visited the resorts up Big Cottonwood Canyon - the astounding Brighton and then went snowshoeing in gorgeous Solitude. I spent an entire day at Sundance silently reveling in the views and finding trinkets in the shops. I went to the humongous Park City / Canyons resort and ended up on Main Street Park City for a bite to eat at High West before heading to the breath taking Deer Valley for dessert. I traversed the Olympic Down hill course of Allen Peak at Snowbasin, watched and enjoyed the Fat Tire races at Powder Mountain, and watched families learn to ski at Nordic Valley. And last but hardly least, I went up Little Cottonwood Canyon to the unreal mountains of Alta and stayed a while at Snowbird. I am so so happy to have been able to do this for the state I live in and adore.
